Production Process
& Quality Control.

Morin Jam is produced at the Morin Factory located in Cikarang (Bekasi), West Java. By optimizing all functions within the process flow, Morin guarantees that the products produced and marketed in Indonesia are Halal, high-quality, and meet consumer needs regarding nutrition and health aspects.

Morin always uses advanced and modern production technology, hygienic cooking and processing methods, and disciplined work behavior, thereby guaranteeing quality from the very first stage until it reaches the hands of the consumer.

Product Information

In terms of production, Morin’s base ingredients are divided into three categories: water-based, coconut-based, and oil-based.

Water-based

Fruit Jam is made from fresh fruits, complete with natural fruit fibers sourced from selected plantations.

Coconut-based

Kaya & Kaya Pandan Jam is made from eggs, coconut milk, and selected fresh pandan.

Oil-based

Spreads are produced using cocoa powder from various regions of origin, selected peanuts, hazelnuts from Turkey, and high-quality vegetable fats.

Our Journey

A Story Of Continuous Growth And A Legacy of Daily Goodness

1978

PT Astaguna Wisesa is established, marking the birth of Morin.

1989

Production expands with the construction of our first Dedicated Manufacturing Area
(1200 m²).

2000

Relocation to the Cikarang Hyundai Bekasi
International Industrial Estate factory (3200 m²).

2007

All production is consolidated and moved to the Cikarang factory.

2009

Expansion of production facilities with the introduction of the Filling/
Filler product category.

2011

Production facilities are expanded to accommodate
the new Portion product category.

2012
